Ace Industrial Products Introduces
New Compact Mobile Fume Extractor
ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI – Ace Industrial Products has expanded its line of powerful, self- contained welding fume extractors with the introduction of model 73-701, an all-purpose, competitively priced, yet full-featured machine.
The need to provide effective, rugged fume extractors to welders continues to grow, and with it, the ability to utilize this equipment on production floors, small shops, and on the jobsite. Few extractors in the industry are equally practical in these highly varying work applications, but the Ace 73-701 is designed to be just that.
“We listen to our customers,” explains Kim Cottle, President and CEO of Associated Equipment / Ace Industrial Products, “and our customers told us they need an extractor that can be used for all of their welding applications. Specifically, welders need fume extractors on the jobsite, so for them, lightweight portability is a must. Welders also need fume extractors on the shop floor, so for them, high output and large filter capacity is a must. Up until now, neither we nor our competitors offered a product that worked in a practical way in both environments. And so we went to work to address this unmet need in the marketplace. The result is our 73-701.”
The Ace 73-701 features a powerful 950cfm blower, 10 foot articulating extraction arm, a high capacity 95% (MERV 15) efficiency main filter, an analog filter status gauge, four locking swivel casters, a space-saving 43” x 26” footprint, and is housed in a durable all steel cabinet. Weighing just 200 pounds, the 73-701 can be easily lifted by two workers for transport in the field.
